Australia was in trouble after Shaheen Afridi hit two in his opening two overs, after amassing a comfortable 54-run lead in the first innings thanks to Pat Cummins’ five-fer. By taking shape away from the left-hander, Afridi first got Usman Khawaja to nick behind him. In his next over, he strangled Marnus Labuschagne down the legside, ultimately ending Australia’s innings at 60/2 by lunch on the first day.
